The Strata at Lake Country Villas currently supports long term rentals only. These rentals shall be of the entire Villa (no suites) for periods of 30 Days or longer (long term rentals).

The Strata at Lake Country Villas currently support pets as follows:

"(4) An owner, tenant or occupant must not keep any pets on a strata lot other than one or more of the following:

(a) a reasonable number of fish or other small aquarium animals;

(b) a reasonable number of small caged animals;

(c) up to two caged birds;

(d) up to two dogs and two cats."
